# ClickUp Integration Guide

> Connect ClickUp to sync tasks and comments into Hearflow for product-feedback extraction.

Sync ClickUp tasks and comments as structured product-feedback signals.

## Prerequisites

* A ClickUp workspace with tasks that include customer context
* Permission to authorize ClickUp through OAuth

## Connect ClickUp

    Complete the consent flow and grant required ClickUp scopes.

    Select the relevant workspace or lists and save setup.

## How Sync Works

**Task ingestion** — Tasks and comments are normalized into records for extraction.

**Initial backfill** — Historical tasks are imported after setup is completed.

**Ongoing sync** — New updates are captured in scheduled sync runs.

  **Data access** — Hearflow reads only authorized ClickUp data and stores OAuth credentials encrypted at rest.
