Open Integrations in Hearflow
Go to Settings → Integrations and select Asana.

Complete OAuth authorization
Grant access to your Asana workspace in the consent flow.

Choose projects and scope
Select which projects to sync and confirm setup.
How Sync Works
Task ingestion — Tasks and comments are combined into transcript-like records. Backfill — Historical project activity is imported after configuration. Ongoing sync — New task changes are captured in scheduled sync runs.Data access — Hearflow reads only authorized projects and stores OAuth credentials encrypted at rest.
