Open Hearflow settings to connect your Gmail account.
Prerequisites
- A Google Workspace or Gmail account with customer conversations
- Permission to authorize read access for mailbox metadata and message content

Open Hearflow integrations
Navigate to Settings → Integrations and choose Gmail.

Authorize with Google OAuth
Complete the Google consent flow and grant the required Gmail access scopes.

Select labels or filters
Choose which mailbox segments should be included in sync.
How Sync Works
Thread ingestion
Threads are normalized into transcript-like records for analysis.
Backfill
Recent historical threads are imported when setup is complete.
Incremental updates
New and updated threads are synced during scheduled runs.
Data access — Hearflow only reads messages needed for insight extraction and encrypts integration credentials at rest.
