When to use manual upload

  • You have ad hoc interviews or customer notes outside connected tools
  • You want to test extraction quality before enabling a full integration

Upload flow

1

Open the upload action

In your workspace, open Dashboard and choose manual upload.
2

3

Review and process

Submit the upload and Hearflow sends it through the same insight extraction pipeline.

What gets extracted

Insights and evidence — The same categories, frequency, and evidence model used for connected integrations. Reusable source record — Uploads are tracked as source records so teams can audit and revisit raw input.
Data access — Manual uploads stay in your tenant scope and are processed with the same multi-tenant security controls as integrations.
