Sync CRM context so product feedback is tied to accounts, lifecycle stage, and revenue.
HubSpot is a CRM enrichment integration — it does not ingest customer transcripts or feedback for extraction. Instead, it provides account, deal, and lifecycle context that Hearflow uses to prioritize and enrich insights surfaced from other sources.

Prerequisites

  • A HubSpot account with contacts, companies, and deals populated
  • Permission to install and authorize private app access via OAuth
  • The Hearflow Owner role — only owners can connect HubSpot or change its field mapping

Open Hearflow integrations

Go to Settings → Integrations and choose HubSpot.

Authorize with HubSpot OAuth

Complete the consent flow and grant required CRM scopes.

Confirm initial sync

Save setup and let Hearflow run the initial multi-step CRM sync.

How Sync Works

CRM enrichment — Account and deal context is synced for insight prioritization. Initial backfill — The first run imports historical CRM entities and associations. Ongoing sync — Scheduled runs keep records fresh for downstream enrichment.
Data access — Hearflow syncs only authorized HubSpot CRM data and encrypts OAuth credentials at rest.
