Open Hearflow integrations
Go to Settings → Integrations and select ClickUp.

Authorize OAuth access
Complete the consent flow and grant required ClickUp scopes.

Choose workspace scope
Select the relevant workspace or lists and save setup.
How Sync Works
Task ingestion — Tasks and comments are normalized into records for extraction. Initial backfill — Historical tasks are imported after setup is completed. Ongoing sync — New updates are captured in scheduled sync runs.Data access — Hearflow reads only authorized ClickUp data and stores OAuth credentials encrypted at rest.
